We have taken 13 vacations in the last 3.5 years and no other airline even compares to Hawaiian. Their staff is the friendliest, the planes are the cleanest, the variety of onboard entertainment options are superior and they are the only airline to provide the true spirit of Aloha. I was totally impressed from check in to baggage claim each time we have used hawaiian airlines. I WISH THEY FLEW ALL OVER THE US AND ABROAD. I would never use another carrier for any flight regardless of the cost.... Both of our phones had quality issues, the sliders were already getting loose, I had to delete 3 applications and reinstall them. The phones both froze 3 to 5 times a week in both of the 2 weeks we had the phones. The features this phone offers are second to none, they just need to work on the quality and they would have a winner. Pantech should probably find a better carrier to distribute this phone through if they do create it with higher quality craftsmanship.... Their service is quality and their customer service is even worse. I hated calling sprint customer service, even just a short question would turn into a 30 minute phone call with no resolve. I didn't have any billing issues which was a plus, but everything else about the service is horrible. The call quality is low, the dropped calls are ridiculous, the internet was slow, and the assistance with my phone when I had a short term issue was like having a full time job. Do yourself a favor and choose AT&T or Verizon. Both are high class, high quality operations on every level.... We used to have one of the palm phones, which was total junk. Didn't do half of what it said it would do. This phone does everything we were told and more. I do wish the internet connectivity was a little faster though.It is great for non internet use. The email feature is second to none.  I know a lot of people with Iphones who are jealous of the efficiency of my blackberry curve. I can't blame them. its an awesome phone.... We were treated first class from the moment we walked in the door. I was totally not expecting the service we had. They even upgraded our car because we had to wait 5 minutes in line.
