      <description>&lt;p&gt;The cuisinart gridder that I just purchased about three months ago is amazing.&#160; My boyfriend and I use it for almost everything.&#160; It does a great job when we are grilling chicken, making steak, pancakes, and everything else.&#160; It cooks the meat very even which we were having such a difficult time getting it to do when we baked it in the oven.&#160; There are also detachable plates ( flat plate and the grill plate)&#160; it makes cleaning up very easy.&#160; All you really need to do is detach it from the gridder and place it in the dishwasher.&#160; It is also non-stick, so it is such a lifesaver for us not to scrub until our hands fall off.&#160; Another neat thing about it is that it comes with trays to hold the oil.&#160; As we cook the oil drips down to the trays so that your food isn't so greasy.&#160; The gridder can also be adjusted to your liking.&#160; It can lay flat and you have two big surfaces to work with, or you can make sandwiches in which you place the other face on top of the other.&#160; What can we say,...&lt;/p&gt;... </description>
