kelmarie says "Worth every penny!" about Dr. Brown's Natural Flow Baby Bottle

Breastfeeding just didn't work for me. I wanted to be able to breastfeed my baby but I was not producing enough milk. I was forced to rely on bottles before going back to work in which I hoped I would be able to supply the sitter with breast milk to pour into bottles.

A friend gave me 6 Dr. Brown's bottles when she saw them on my registry stating that they made her baby's colic worse. I used Playtex nursers until my son was ready for more than 4 ounces and then began using the Dr. Brown's bottles and I am so glad I did! I never had any problems with my baby with these bottles. He has always taken to them very well. The levels of nipples are wonderful and allow parents to increase the flow gradually.

The only draw back are the extra parts to wash and it is time consuming to wash these bottles and the recommendation to mix instead of shake. I mixed for about the first five months and then began shaking and just letting the air bubbles settle. I do reccommend that consumers...
...

kelmarie says "Freaky." about I Am Legend (2007)

This definately isn't one that I would recommend for children. It is frightening and the layout of the movie makes it seem like something that could really happen and the scary thing is that it could. I was pleased that there was very little foul language, and that's always a plus for me!

I found that the movie's strongest point was Will Smith. With any other actor the movie would not have had a leg to stand on. I am a huge Will Smith fan and I feel that he was a huge asset to this movie.

I have not read anything that this movie was based on or seen any of the prior B-Movies. I must say that I am giving it an unbiased opinion of a movie goer. I love this movie and would like to see it again. It's one of those movies that you have to pay attention to but it doesn't have to be over analyzed.

All in all, worth the time and money. Rent it today if you want a good thriller that's scary but it didn't give me nightmares or freak me out on a long term basis. When it comes to thrillers,...
...

kelmarie says "A must have!" about Bebe Sounds Angel Care Movement Sensor Baby Monitor

This product is a must have for all parents! I feel that some may look at the price tag and get a little "sticker shock" when shopping for shower gifts or even choosing something to spend your gift cards on. Believe me, the peace of mind that is given by this product far outweighs the cost!

My husband and I made the decision not to put the baby in the bed with us. For the first six weeks or so he slept beside us in the bassinet. When we put him in his crib, the first night was torture but knowing that I had the movement sensor, it actually eased my mind. I could hear his every whimper or coo and was able to rest assured that he was okay.

I found that the monitor does give some false alarms but I would rather have a few false alarms than nothing at all. The benefits far outweigh a couple of moments of going to check on the baby at night and resetting the alarm. The instructions indicate that one should not use a fan as it could "trip" the monitor or cause it to not go off if...
...
