      <description>I always do my banking online and pay everything online. It's easier for me, I don't have to deal with stamps or the post office, everything comes directly from my checking account. It's a fabulous service my bank has set up. Like my other bills, I pay my State Farm insurance this way. The policy on my husband's car renewed in October. I sent payment. 2 weeks later they called saying that it was late. I checked my bank statement and gave them the date it cleared. They called the next day and said that payment had accidentally been credited to the policy for my car and I would need to send a payment on my husband's car. I did since mine was due for renewal the next month anyway. &amp;mdash; So they called me 3 days ago to ask me who I had gotten insurance through for my husband's car and why I had switched. WHAT?? I said we didn't. they told me his policy was cancelled in Novemeber due to non payment of premiums in October. It's now mid-December. I politely explained the mix up in policy... </description>

      <description>The Pampers Gifts to Grow program has you collect points from Pampers packaging and redeem them for merchandise. When it arrives, if it arrives, it is not very good quality. Many things that should be good you may not receive. Some things you redeem points for a code you can use as a coupon on a website. Except they don't actually send the code every time or redirect you to a page with a code. When you contact customer service they tell you that the code was sent and that there is nothing they can do. This has happened to me and other people I have talked... </description>
