      <description>I was suprised by the quality of this 46&quot; HD TV.&#160; Everyone is impressed at the quality.&#160; However, when I purchased a second one, I had problems.&#160; When I called the Westinghouse tech line, the tech actually asked if I had the plug plugged into the television and into the wall.&#160; Ouch.&#160; However, I returned it with no problem whatsoever.&#160;... </description>

      <description>Poor service and even worse customer service.&#160;&#160; I do not have dropped calls.&#160; Rather, I get &quot;Cail Failed.&#160; Try Again&quot;.&#160; I hae spoken to many Cingular customers who have the same problem.&#160; Also, read your bill carefully and make sure that you are not over charged.... </description>
