Sun, 23 Mar 2008 14:49:39 GMT http://www.viewpoints.com/LG-UX245-Cell-Phone-review-a8ba3 katypooh 5 http://www.viewpoints.com/AT-amp-T-Cordless-Phone-E5813B-review-3f0e2 I always purchase AT&T cordless phones,  The one I presently have is 2 yrs. old and works great except one of the batteries in the extra phone is not charging.  I called the 800 number and the customer support persons was very helpful to me.  She told me that the message that came on when you got through to AT&T said that you could purchase batteries over the phone, but it was cheaper to order them online.  She told me that I am not supposed to tell anyone this, but since you are needing to find on at the cheapest price I will tell you that if you purchase it online it will cost you 20.00 not including S&H.  If you order it over the phone it will cost you 11.95 which is for the cost of the S&H.  I told her that I very much appreciated her sharing that information with me as I was on a limited budget.  I purchased it over the phone and will continue to remain an AT&T customer.  I would have done that whether that incidence had hapened or not, as I said before I think AT&T cordless...... Support System.  If I should have to purchase a new computer or printer in the future, I will definitely purchase a HP.  HP stands behind their products and if their is a problem with the product that you have, they will go out of their way to make it right,  I know because they did that with me....
