katydid88 says "Great place to buy and sell" about Half.com

I have used this site for about 7 yrs. now to sell my old stuff and to buy. They always pay when they say they will and every effort is made to make sure everyone stays honest,.The buyer feedback is important and I always use it. Sometimes you get a bad deal at the established stores as well. Just contact customer service and leave bad feedback. We don't have the feedback at B&M stores. Wish we did!...

katydid88 says "Free and Easy" about Picasa2

Someone complained about limited editing but hey, it's free. I use it with paint.net and its great. My mom and dad can even use it. I have more expensive software but I'd rather use this if I don't need to do something professional. I use Photoshop and Rhapsody but they both hog resources. Picasa does all the work for you and does it quickly. You can use it to get rid of duplicates in your computer without having to go through all your files. For someone like me, that can take days. I have over 5000 pics on here. I highly recommend it!...

katydid88 says "Most Trusted Site on the Net" about Amazon.com

Amazon tries harder than any other site on the net to get your items to you quickly. They ship items separately whether you pay for it or not. I really appreciate it since a lot of sites seem to use shipping costs as a way to make extra money. My moms a postal worker and she knows what it costs to ship items. Anyways I refuse to pay exorbitant shipping fees. Amazons products are high quality and they have the most advanced site to really examine your product before you buy, I use the feature to look inside of books a lot which has saved some money when I found the book wasn't what I thought. I will always use Amazon first if I can....

katydid88 says "great deal for a laptop" about Hewlett Packard HP Pavillion DV6000 Laptop

My Mom got this for herself...well, it didn't work out that way. I use it way more than she does. Shedidn't know if she would like a laptop when she got it ..now she won't go back to a desktop. Neither will I! Why get stuck in a corner of a room when you can do the same thing from anywhere in the house/////? The only drawback, big drawback that is, is the battery. You won't be able to go away from a power source for more than a few hours with the battery that comes with this and the screen on battery power is pretty dim. Otherwise, this is a great little laptop and tough. Has been dropped a couple of times with no problems....don't tell my mom!...

katydid88 says "This is not safe" about Presto Deep Fryer - FryDaddy 05420

The size is great...doesn't take up too much room but it does get way too hot if you are cooking anything that takes longer than fries. The cord got real hot too. I threw mine away...wouldn't even give it away and be responsible for some one else getting burned! I spent a little more and bought a real nice one loaded with safety features. This one has NONE!...
