kattididd says "Great doctors office amusement" about Nintendo - Game Boy Micro Console

I love the GB Micro! My daughter got this for Christmas last year and plays it all the time. When she isn't playing it I keep it in my purse. When we have a ong wait for appointments or are on long trips, I just pull this out and it satisfies her for the duration of the wait/trip. She has a wide variety of games for her system and I love that I can always find more games without shelling out a ton of money. When she first got the GBM, I thought that it was nice that we could change the face plate so that way it could be her favorite color, but after changing it a few time, the novelty wore off and now if she wants to change the plates it is a pain in the butt to get them to snap on there, plus if you get anything on the GBM, check under the plate because it will creep it's way under it. — Overall a wonderful product that has helped me keep my sanity a few times. —...

When it came time to buy a mattress for my daughter first big girl bed I didn't hesitate to buy a Sealy Posturpedic Mattress. He mattress is so comfortable that I would sleep in her bed over mine any night. This mattress is durable and I know that it will last for many years to come. The only bad thing that I have found is that it is very think and it is hard to find sheets that go the whole way down over the sides. The other bad thing is that is doesn't have any handles with made moving it to her new room a pain. Overall this mattress was a great item and we got it at a great...

kattididd says "Great way to earn a degree" about Ashford University -

When my husband expressed interest in going back to school to earn his degree in Early Childhood Education I was very supportive. Our major concern was the cost and how he would find time to do it. I sat down and researched schools that offered online courses in the field he was interested in. Ashford University was the one school that we kept going back to. I filled out the form online to get more information and within 15 minutes someone had called him and was answering all of the questions that we had. When the campus in California was closed due to the wild fires we were immediately directed to another campus and my husband was connected with one of the nicest admissions reps that I have ever met. She spent hours on the phone answer questions and after he decided that Ashford was the school that he wanted to attend, they connected him with the financial aid department and his aid went through and his classes started within a week. Each class is 5...

kattididd says "Cute little animals that are affordable" about Hasbro Littlest Pet Shop Exclusive Mega 10-Pack of Pets in Carry Case

I can't say enough good things about these little creatures. My daughter got her first set of these last fall and then a bunch for Christmas as well. We have some of the playsets that go with them, but she plays with them without all of the accessories all of the time. The magnetic spot on the bottom is a fantastic feature. I know when she has been playing with them because I will find a stray one hanging off of the fridge, or zooming around the house on the handle bars of her scooter. Not only do these stick around, but they promote imagination. — These are one item that when my daughter asks for a toy, I know that I am not going to spend a arm and a leg on them. I have discovered that they sell these at my local dollar store for $2 for the singles or $5 for the tube of 3. Santa will be dropping a few of these into my daughter stocking this year. —...

kattididd says "My daughter has learned to recognize so many letters." about LeapFrog Fridge Phonics Magnetic Letter Set

LeapFrog Fridge Phonics Magnetic Letter Set is one of the best products that Leap Frog has ever came out with. I bought this set for my daughter for her 3rd birthday and two years later they are still going strong and being used almost everyday. When my daughter started preschool last year she started learning letter recognition and this product helped her recognize the letters, as well as the sounds that each letter makes. — Now when we sit down to work on homework and she wants to know what a letter is she will go to the fridge and find that letter and it will tell her what it is. Not only is see learning the letters and sounds, but it has also helped her with her spelling. — We have also recently added the lower case letters, but that is a whole other review. —...
