      <description>Dieting is really not my thing because i love food so much. What i have learned about &quot;DIETING&quot; is you can count all the calories, carbs, and trans fats that you want, but its motvation and portion control that is the big kicker. So i reciently had a baby and decied to take a supplement to help me along the way on losing baby fat. Cutting out Sodas and using Portion Control really helped me on my way. Just doing those two methods and Taking TRIMSPA really helped me melt the pounds. I do walk arond every day because of my job and i do consider that my exercise but i guess its better than not walking all day and sitting at my desk answering the phones. The point i'm really trying to make is if you 1 exercise (walk for 20-30min at the minimum) 2 eat smaller portions more frequently and cut the sodas, tea, and juice (only eat half the amount you normally would, if it looks like its not enough thats probally the right portion) truely you wanna only be &lt;strong&gt;satisfied&lt;/strong&gt; not &lt;strong&gt;full&lt;/strong&gt;&#160; IE less calories. 3...... </description>
