Ultimately they did authorize the repair as it was deemed related to the collision, however when they initially agreed to fix my windshield wipers which were stuck in the up position and the radio in my car because a CD I was playing during the accident is permanently stuck in it.  They deemed both of these not related to the accident. To make matters worse, my car was released with the windshield wipers stuck in a 2-3 oclock position obstructing my view.  If this is what Allstate deems "safe driving"...... My calls are often dropped at home. Overcharges for a family plan, it is almost like we are paying for over 2 family plans. We don't go on the internet or send picture mail. You couldn't even tell there was a cat in the house. The only problem that I had was that my cat tracked the litter throughout the house, but a placing a mat under the litterbox has helped with this problem, also can be a bit dusty when pouring.  The scent is very fresh but not too overpowering....
