katiebugsmom says "A good way to fight allergies without taking a pill" about Flonase Nasal Spray

My doctor prescribed this because I had recurret sinus infections and headaches. She said it doesn't cross the blood brain barrier like a pill, so I like that. I does drain down the back of your throat with a flowery taste, but I can wash it away quickly with a sip of something. I take it after my shower, and it seems to work better that way. It has helped my congestion significantly, but I still have to take a decongestant still sometimes. It actually helped my nose bleeding. My nares don't get as dry and crusty (sorry)....

katiebugsmom says "My favorite moisturizer" about Olay Complete All Day Moisture Lotion

My dermatologist actually mentioned this to me as an affordable, effective moisturizer. I love it. I buy two at a time at my dicsount club. It has a sunscreen which is a must for me and doesn't leave my combined skin greasy in places. It doesn't have much of a scent. I hate perfumey stuff on my face. Even my husband will use it since it doesn't smell girlie. That's important because he needs sun protection. Sometimes in the winter I need to moisturize with something a little stronger, but it usually does the job for everyday, and it costs nowhere near all the other expensive stuff out there. Love this product!...

katiebugsmom says "I hate stepping on those little cherries!" about Hasbro Hi Ho Cherry-O Counting Game

My degree is in a developmental field, so I am always looking for games that teach. I remembered this one as a child, so I picked it up for my preschooler. Unfortunately, it is limited in the skills it teaches (counting) in comparison to the negative points. My kids are always losing the apples, so now only 3 people can play at at time, and they do hurt when you step on them!

...

katiebugsmom says "The one thing my dog can't destroy" about Kong Red Tuffy

When my dog was a puppy, she chewed absolutely everything! I mean the walls, the toilet pipes, everything. She needed things to chew, but nothing lasted long because she would destroy it. Rawhide bones didn't last. This was the one thing that she could chew on and play with that she couldn't ruin, so I loved it! But it is a little heavy....

katiebugsmom says "My daughter adores this" about LeapFrog Fridge Phonics Magnetic Letter Set

My daughter saw this at a friend's house and gravitated to it every time. We bought one for our refrigerator and found it to be durable, plus it keeps her busy while I work in the kitchen. Gotta love that! I don't think it is too loud. I haven't gotten tired of hearing yet anyway!...
