I have accounts with netspend, mio and a few other prepaid cards. Its been my experience they are basically all the same the activation fee and reload fees suck.. A few weeks ago I was in Walgreens and purchased a Green Dot mastercard. This card took an hour to activate. Having recieved my Mastercard in the mail I went to 3 different stores cause to reload is 4.95 noway everyone else is 2.50 the highest ive ever seen 3.95. So okay i put 45.00 expecting to have 45.00 plus paying 4.95 only to come home and wait for an hour to find out I have 40.05. Green Dot is the biggest scam Rip off  pieces of Crap.
