karen17552 says "Where Everybody Knows Your Name...think Cheers TV theme" about pet store petsmart

We have 5 dogs ranging from a Great Pyrenese to a mini-dachsund/chihuahua mix. Every year our calendar is marked with special event days for Petsmart. We've won prizes at three Halloween dress up parties. We can't wait to see Santa each year. And of course, annual portraits are a must!

The employees REALLY love their work, their co-workers and most importantly, they love their customers!!!

You'd think with seeing multitudes of dogs/animals every day, the employees would become a little jaded with the whole over-the-top pet owner thing...but these guys and girls truly love their work.

To me, it's worth driving a little farther or paying a little more to have the wonderful reaction and attention from the employees. Lets face it...with 5 of them, we don't get to shop too often...but everytime we do, we have a great time!
...

karen17552 says "A no-guilt indulgence!" about Swiss Miss Milk Chocolate Hot Cocoa Mix - No Sugar Added

As a recently (6 months) diagnosed type 2 diabetic, I've found it to be quite a let-down to pay so much for treats that I am "allowed" to have...only to be disappointed in the taste or after taste or lack of taste.

Voila! Hot chocolate that tastes like the real thing...I should know...I live just outside of Hershey Pennsylvania.

This chocolate is great hot OR cold. Yup, I'll be drinking "hot" chocolate even in the summer-time.

Side Note: My kids (17, 10, and 5) also love it.
...

karen17552 says "Taco Bell Cheesy Bland Beefy Melt" about Taco Bell Cheesy Beefy Melt

We have a Burger King, McDonalds, Wendy's, Pizza Hut and a Taco Bell all within a 5 minute drive from my home.

Taco Bell is my families first choice (Dad 43 Mom 42 Son 17 Daughter 10 Daughter 5). We enjoy trying the new "offerings", while still having our favorite oldies. (Nachos Grande, Crunchy or Soft Taco SUPREME, Gorditas and Sugar/Cinnamon Twists).

We were all disappointed with the lack of flavor in the Beefy Melt...so much so that my husband actually took his to the counter to show the clerk and inquire whether an ingredient or two were missed.

Oh well...they can't all be winners! That's okay...we still love Taco Bell the best!
...

karen17552 says "I love that the food is consistant at every Olive Garden." about Olive Garden Italian Restaurant: All Locations - Plymouth, MA

Too often the wait is extended due to lack of servers/waiters. I frequently see empty tables where people could be seated...the hostess has said on numerous occasions that no one could be seated due to the lack of coverage.

However, once seated, I have never had to endure an excessive wait for either the drink, appetizer, food or desert order to be taken.

Additionally, I have had only pleasant experiences with the staff at any Olive Garden. Someone does a very good job of screening personalities!

Packets of Splenda (The yellow packs) are almost always in short supply. Also, the new rule of bringing only a few breadsticks at a time makes the experience feel a little less special and "taken care of".

My grandmother would never have considered making someone feel bad by insisting that they constantly ask for more bread...she was VERY Italian!

Over all-it's always a nice evening out when we go to the Olive Garden!
...
