The first one got dropped coming off the truck. Then the delivery guy refused to open the carton. Read the delivery terms, they are suppose to completely unpack it. He says, well it doesn't matter if it is dented because I would have to call the 1-800 number for the exchange anyway. Now they keep scheduling it for when I am at work. Nothing like spending $1600 and they tell you when they can delivery it. My recommendation is go to the local guy who provides real service. Never again will I buy at Sears anything.
