http://www.viewpoints.com/aboutme/jsg22 Tue, 14 Oct 2008 14:25:48 GMT Reviews by jsg22 http://www.viewpoints.com/Five-Star-Day-Cafe-Athens-GA-review-9ee23 I have eaten at the Five Star Day Cafe on the Eastside of Athens several times and enjoy their salads the most.  Friends who have accompanied me really enjoy their southern meals with the greens, potatoes and macaroni and cheese.  I don't eat there too often because of the large portions.  The restaurant is quite busy nearly each day I pass it.  They are also opened for breakfast which is quite good.  Our family had their eggs and biscuits.  My son, who is a huge pancake boy, was disappointed they did not have pancakes.  Would encourage you to give the restaurant a try.  They have a nice variety of food items....
