Sun, 09 Dec 2007 14:59:04 GMT http://www.viewpoints.com/Shrek-the-Third-review-16841 jsclward 4 http://www.viewpoints.com/Best-Buy-review-2e940 I have a love/hate relationship with this place!  I love the selection and the prices, but the service is less than desirable.  I took my desktop in to have the geek squad replace the mother board, which was under warranty.  They had to send it to another "warehouse" to have this done, which of course took several weeks.  What is the use in having a tech crew if they can't make basic repairs like this?!  How frustrating!!  On the other hand, our other computer was acting like it had a virus and when we took it in, they looked at it and didn't charge anything, even though the warranty was expired on it.  Luckily, we just needed to do a system restore to get it working, which I was able to perform.  I will probably continue to shop here, because it's convenient, but beware if you are relying on one computer and need repairs done!!... Sun, 02 Dec 2007 15:36:12 GMT http://www.viewpoints.com/Best-Buy-review-2e940 jsclward 3 http://www.viewpoints.com/Gateway-GM5072-review-c640 After all the hype of Gateways being the next best thing when they were introduced, I thought I'd give one a try.  I had just gone through 3 HP systems fresh out of the box from Best Buy that were defective and was eager to try something new.  I'm glad I bought the extended warranty.  The mother board went out on this machine in less than a year.  It has a glitch where every now and then I lose my sound and have to restart to get it back.  It also shuts itself down every now and then.  Definitely gremlins in this machine!  I don't think it will be replaced with another Gateway when the warranty is up and it gives up the ghost (or gremlin as the case may be).... Fri, 30 Nov 2007 14:45:38 GMT http://www.viewpoints.com/WINZY-review-155d1 jsclward 3 http://www.viewpoints.com/Steve-and-Barrys-Port-Washington-NY-review-9d760 Does anyone miss the old Steve and Barry's?  When we first started going there, everthing was $7.98.  Great deals!  The jeans were of inferior quality as they got holes or tears in them after just a few times wearing them, but the shirts were great.  Now, most things are individually priced, or not labelled so you have no idea what the price is, and the prices are usually $12.98 and up.  Granted, that is still a fairly good deal, but the quality is still bad on the jeans and it is still difficult to find all sizes.  The last time (before this visit) we spent over $400.  This time, it was $35.  We will probably not go back unless something changes!... Sun, 25 Nov 2007 14:37:10 GMT http://www.viewpoints.com/Steve-and-Barrys-Port-Washington-NY-review-9d760 jsclward 2 http://www.viewpoints.com/Spark-of-Insanity-review-29b73 This has got to be the hit of the season!  Jeff Dunham is a ventriloquist with various dummies and a comedy act.  This is the second of 2 DVD's that he currently has available.  On Netflix, there is a long wait for this one.  You will laugh until your sides and mouth hurt.  I have introduced him to several people who are now addicted.  Not recommended for children, as some of the subject content is adult-oriented.  This is a great video to watch with a bunch of people.  Enjoy!!...
