It was pretty confusing and frustrating to say the lest. I then had the brillant idea to research and read through many  baby carrier reviews. Long story short, I ended up purchasing a New (not Used) Original Baby Bjorn sling. </p><p>After 30 minutes of carrying my child I did indeed experienced the back aches and sore shoulder muscles .I thought maybe the aches were due to my weak stomach muscles from my recent c-section delivery. I was sooo wrong!  Here are three important details I missed at my first go with my Baby Bjorn carrier instruction manual.   </p><p>1. Read <strong>all</strong> the instructions carefully and remember to adjust the triangular plastic back piece to the <strong>MIDDLE</strong> of the back. </p><p>2.
