jordandenise08 says "Yayy Another movie to poke fun at good movies and waste our time" about Meet the Spartans

how many spoof movies do we need? In my opinion, the very first scary movie was funny because it was what seemed like an original at the time. Since then, all of these horrible attempts at spoofs have come out and none of them have been any good. Can people not just come up with their own plots and characters? Spend our time and money on something with a little more substance, please!...

jordandenise08 says "Seriously? I laughed until I cried." about Shoot 'Em Up

So, my boyfriend and I decided this action-packed film would be a nice break-away from the comedic movies we usually rent. Except not. I laughed harder at this movie than I have laughed at any movie in a while...and not in a good way. Not one single part of this movie was believable..or even really entertaining. After about an hour, we shut it off and watched something with more substance, A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila.
...

jordandenise08 says "Put on anything--and it's dressed to impress!" about Mrs. Dash onion & herb

As the weather has been warming up, my boyfriend and I have found ourselves trying new things on the grill. We eat dinner together every night and both like healthier foods. We aren't into fast foods at all, but are usually pressed for time. So we both appreciate quick, yummy, homemade meals. A few days ago, we had some friend over and decided to cook on the grill. We had just run out of any good seasonings so we made a quick run to walMart and picked up two Mrs. Dash seasonings and cooked our entire meal with it! I did steak, chicken, shrimp, and potatoes on the grill and he made garlic bread and steam vegetables. We hadn't planned that we would do this--it just kinda happened so we thawed out our meat as quickly as possible and garnished it with this seasoning and whatever Mrs. Dash steak seasoning we had picked up and threw it on the grill. A half an hour later, everyone was beyond impressed with our food. We leave for college this fall, and this seasoning will definitely be one of the......

jordandenise08 says "I HATE this computer!" about Dell Dimension C521 desktop computer

I am the editor of my high school's newspaper and yearbook and the school purchased these computers for all the computer rooms. After one semester with these computers--I'm thinking of going back to manual paste-ups. Atleast monthly the computers will shut down and delete very important pages (usually just around deadlines!) It takes me twice as long to get anything done and I have to delete anything that has been submitted so I have room to create new pages. We print an 8 or 12 page issue monthly. Honestly, that's not TOO much space. But to these computers, two pages is a complete overload. We've had to break down and use our own money to purchase an external hard-drive that we are constantly having to move from computer to computer. We also purchased jump-drives for all of our staff member and the majority of them hold more than the computers do! Also, the USB drives never seem to recognize when something is plugged into them. I will NEVER spend my own money on a PC--ever..especially......

jordandenise08 says "I love it, I never knew I could fit so much in one load!" about Whirlpool Duet - Washer Dryer

After moving in our new house, we purchased this washer and dryer. I was a little leary at first, being that it was a front loader instead of a top loader. However, I am so glad in our choice! I can fit SO much more in what we have now!--I love it! It's so nice to be able to wash all of my bed clothes at one time!-no more having to plan my day around the wash cycle. I can throw in whatever when I get home and have my bed made by the time I want to start preparing dinner. However, I would have to say that the noise is a little extensive for my taste (I actually had a guest think a jet was flying over my house once due to the noisy laundry room!) But anymore, I hardly notice. To me, that is the only downside to these washer and dryers and I'm guessing that in the near future this problem will be fixed. I would definitely reccomend checking it out!...
