http://www.viewpoints.com/aboutme/joe0121 Sun, 02 Mar 2008 22:25:06 GMT Reviews by joe0121 http://www.viewpoints.com/Progressive-review-2d6e6 Progressive insurance, so far, has been perfect.  When I was looking for new insurance, I tested several of the major auto insurance companies, and Progressive was clearly the cheapest.  Also, the customer service is superior.  When I was still in the information gathering process, I selected the online option to "have someone call you."  I received a call within 30 seconds, and the representative on the phone was informative, patient, and courteous.  There have been other times that I have had to contact customer service, and I have always been able to get ahold of a live person quickly, and all of the agents have always been extremely friendly.  Thankfully, I have not yet had to file a claim, but I do not have worries about this because I see the Progressive vans in my area often. ...
