The number buttons are teeny tiny, and the touch buttons on the top of the phone are horrible. No matter what I set the sensitivity to, it's either too hard to press them or you press too many times. Half the time it thinks I'm pressing a button that I'm not. Also I continuously press the buttons with my check when I'm checking my voicemail, then I have to back out of whatever menu I am on to delete the messages. I got this phone for the music player, and that is actually nice. I also like being able to add my own ringtones with Bitpim. But honestly, everyday I wish I had gotten a different phone....
