jmelee04 says "Nice ride, but some technical issues keep you roadside." about Kawasaki Vulcan 750 - 1994 Motorcycle

My boyfriend bought a (used) Kawasaki Vulcan 750 almost a year ago. It was his first bike purchase, and for that purpose it was great. It is a simple bike, not complex in its use or a million gadgets all over it like some touring bikes have. The design is great and the comfort of riding it is pleasurable for both the driver and the rider. We did have some mechanical issues over time though. While I know the age of the bike plays a factor, some things need mentioning.
There was a leak somewhere in the bike, causing it to smoke, which was always scary to have happen on the road. We think we found the source of the leak, and fixed it by putting a new hose on. After the leak came the issue of the bike turning itself off when you turned the wheel all the way to one side. We never figured out why it did that. The problem we are having with it now is that it simply wont start.

I bought an iBook G4 12inch in 2004 just before heading to college. I of course insisted on getting everything added, increased and sped up. I wanted it fast, and I wanted it ASAP. I ordered it in store with my student discount during tax free weekend and saved hundreds of dollars. It came express FedEx next day, and was perfect in every way. I had that computer for a total of just under 5 years, and not once did I have to take it in to the store for repairs. It came with everything I needed, except for Microsoft Office, but that was provided for me, and the installation of it was a breeze. I used the computer for pictures, music and school work mostly. It isnt available for sale from Apple anymore since the MacBooks came out, but if you are looking for a cheaper Apple product alternative to the MacBook and you come across one for sale online, take it! It is a great product and lasts a long long time.
...
