What a joke. It lasted through maybe 2 shaves and was very dull after that. The lifetime guarantee is that if it gets dull they will replace it. However it cost you $4.99 to do that.....everytime!!! It's portable enough that I can move it to the back yard or put it on the deck for him to play with. He's very energetic so I appreciate him being able to burn off that extra energy!  We get some very strong winds where we live. We filled the base with water and it made it very sturdy. This also makes it very easy to empty to store for the winter season. We move it to the basement in the winter so he can still use it.... I never did like contracts on phones, I feel if their service is worth keeping they wouldn't need a contract because you would want to stay with them. They notify you of special deals for their customers without you having to keep checking with them. For instance, they called me to let me know if I bought a 60 min. card they were giving 30 free minutes with it. Would deffinitely recommend it!...
