It was too much to bare, and thus it is still being used for depression. ... Well, about 6 months later, the coffee maker starting making morning life miserable!  Half of the water would turn into steam, which ruined two of our kitchen cabinets. When pouring 12 cups of water in, only 4 would be left in the pot, making horrible coffee and a MESS on the counter and a cabinet above.  We tried pulling it out on the edge of the counter to reduce moisture on the above cabinet, but to no avail. We tried cleaning it through the recommended cleaning process, it only made it worse.  We had to throw away a $60 coffee pot after 6 months and trade in the Mr.Coffee for a Cuisinart.  I plan on never purchasing a Mr. Coffee product again!...
