The resort is located on the country side of the island--away from the traffic of the city. The service is wonderful. We found all of the employees to be extremely helpful. The local places to eat are incredible. Our family made a run to Ted's Bakery every morning for the two weeks that we were there. Additionally, there are tons of beaches stretched out near the resort. You can visit a different beach every day. The resort is clean and upscale, but also family-friendly. One of the main features that draws people in is the flat fee shipping charge--you can't go wrong with $5.00 shipping for everything. Additionally, I love going to my neighborhood Old Navy store. However, sometimes they run out the sizes for my two daughters (12 mon and 2T) and it is just so easy to jump online and order the outfits from home if the store does not have them. Old Navy and oldnavy.com offer wonderful customer service to their patrons. I have never had a problem exchange or returning items and the sales associates are always helpful. There is a Wal-Mart right down the street that usually has exactly what we need at a low price. The convenience and prices are the two content benefits that keep us returning to Wal-Mart. However, on more than one occasion I have noticed how incredibly rude some of the Wal-Mart associates are to customers. Every time I notice this blatant lack of customer service, I begin to wonder if it wouldn't benefit me to shop somewhere else. She has cared for me during my pregnancies and delivered my two daughters. Dr. Atkins works in a practice with two other female doctors. The office is always busy and you should expect a little wait. However, the service is wonderful--from the office staff to the doctor. Dr. Atkins is a very efficient, straight-forward doctor. She will always answer any questions that you have during your appointments. She will spend as much time with you as you feel you need. She looks after her patients. She demands the best for her patients from all of her staff. Dr. Atkins has always given me the best possible medical care....
