Chase was once a very responsible member of the financial community but since it's buy out by <em>JP Morgan</em>, a wall street stock brokerage, they are ruthless to say the least.  Sudden and unexpected increases in interest rates and monthly payments are the rule with Chase.<br/><br/>If you are credit 'challenged', I would recommend Capitol One over any Chase card. <br/><br/>However, if you are credit worthy, my first choice is CitiBank everytime....
