It made me also sick at my stomach and i would not recomend it to anyone. i know of other people that has use it too . and the product didnt work for them eather. the only good thing about this product was it made me so sick at my stomach that i couldnt eat so i did lose 10 pounds. so it did work in that way lmao.but i would never use this again....
