jessica020 says "Good makeup, bad color!" about Almay Clear Complexion Liquid Makeup

I tried Almay's foundation in an effort to find a foundation that wouldn't break out my skin. The consistency and coverage was great, but the color was terrible on me. I have pale skin, and apparently pink undertones. The lightest 2 shades both looked like yellow paint on me. I give this makeup an average vote since I know my sister loves it. The only problem I had was the color, and that was a dealbreaker....

jessica020 says "The ideal shadow" about MAC Eye Shadow

I like MAC eyeshadows for several reasons. The finely milled powder goes on very easily and it's a snap to smudge and layer. The most important part for me is its staying power, though. Drugstore shadows like Jane that come in cool colors always seem to crease in my eyelid by noon. MAC has done this the least of all the shadows I've tried, especially if I apply a little face powder to my lids first. The color selection is great too, though I usually stick to a few of them. They make great gifts too!...

jessica020 says "Good for use with flat iron" about Sunsilk De-Frizz Collection

I've been using Sunsilk's De-Frizz line for about 3 months now and my hair looks, well.. calmer! I've flat-ironed for years, but I still ended up frizzy at the end of the day. Now my hair maintains its smoothness much longer, though it will never be 100%. It's also cheap if you buy it on sale and use manufacturer's coupons. The drugs stores have it on sale all the time....

jessica020 says "Pretty and summery" about Burt's Bees Lip Shimmers

I never wear lipstick, but I wear Burts Bees Lip Shimmers in watermelon all the time. I've never tried any of the other colors since that one seems to match my feature well and looks natural on me. I use it instead of my chapstick now since it really seems to soothe. It's true it doesn't last very long, but that's because it's more of a gloss than a lipstick. I don't mind applying it a lot since it makes my lips soft! Great gift for girlfriends too!...

jessica020 says "Great for dry skin" about Aveeno Skin Relief Body Wash

I've suffered from dry skin all over in the winter for years and this body wash, helps to get me through it. It's also helped me when I had razor burn on my legs and sunburn on my arms and back. It seems like it would be soothing for any skin condition really. My dermatologist is the one who recommended it to me, so I figure it must be pretty high quality. It's definitely more expensive than most drug store body washes, but it works. Also if you can catch it on sale and use manufacturer's coupons, you can stock up for less....
