      <description>&lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Every mom wants the best for her child, why wouldn't you breastfeed. Although breastfeeding is hard and tiresome it is the most natural healty way to nurture your newborn baby. The nutrients in breast milk cannot be found else where. Breastfeeding is also good for you too. Your uterius goes through a tough change during pregnancy and has to go back to its original state. Breastfeeding helps this process. Breastfeeding is hard but with help it can be a delightful expirence for you and your new born to have. Your baby needs your warmth and touch and with breastfeeding you can provide that safe and secure feeling to your scared little baby at every meal. Breast feeding is not for everyone but I believe that every mom should try, even if it is only one day, one time in the hospital at birth you baby got nutrients that you provided naturally. There is a particual nutrient that babies get first when you start to breast feed that is vital to the growth of your childs brain.
