<em>I switched to TWC's three-tier svce plan (Internet, Cable TV, Telephone) one year ago. I have yet to experience the speedy road-runner ISP and gave up on tech assistance to help with problems. Repeated service calls &amp; visits by technicians is prompt but usually unsuccessful to solve the issues at hand.
