jennypenny2005 says "Messy, messy, messy!" about Gerber Graduates Yogurt Melts

We were looking for a new finger food for my daughter to try out, as usual. We did not hesistate when we saw The Gerber Graduates Yogurt Melts. Unfortunately, they did not go over well in my household. We did not like the taste(even though we tried 2 different flavors), and the baby did not like the texture. It also said that it was not messy, and it really, really was. It got all in her clothing, fell on the floor and left a stain, and was just a hastle The were also EXTREMELY sticky. I was not impressed with the selection for tastes, either I had to give her a bath afterwards as some also ended up in her hair. I am a huge fan of Gerber, but this product was disappointing for me, especially for the price you pay!!!

The good part about this product was that my daughter was able to pick it up very easily by herself. I think that was mostly because once her hands were wet, they would just stick to her hand anyways.
...

jennypenny2005 says "A must have in our house!" about Gerber Graduates Finger Food Fruit & Veggies Puffs

We love the Gerber Graduates Finger Food Fruit & Veggies Puffs in our house! Not only do we love these because Gerber is a trusted name in our household, but because they are just so darn tastey, we all love to eat them! We all love the sweet potato and banana puffs! They are addicting. They are also very healthy. The only downside of this product is that once the baby can put them in their mouth, a lot of the puffs get mashed and then end up on the floor. This happens to almost all the food baby eats, though. They get mushy rather quickly, to, which is also a great thing because there is less chance that the baby will choke. It does not stain, and is pretty easy to get out of clothing. It is also very easy to take with you, that container even fits in to my diaper bag AND purse without a problem. I really recommend this product to anybody on the go and anybody who has children with a limited budget. .
...

jennypenny2005 says " Great for traveling!" about Graco Pack 'N Play Portable Playard

The Graco Pack 'N Play Portable Playard has been an extremely large blessing for us! I have used it while traveling because I personally do not trust hotel cribs, and I have felt comfortable using it every time! We had no problem setting up the Pack 'N Play, either. It was very easy to set up and take down, which is a major plus for us.A down side (not a really big downside, however) is that it is pretty heavy. My husband could carry it himself but with me and the baby, it was sort of hard to carry it by myself.

The attachment is GREAT for diaper changing, as well! It is very stable, and I have just now stopped using it (my daughter is a year). Children should still be supervised if you do plan on using this feature, however. We used the play pen quite a few times, and it is stable. Very, very safe. I also loved the price! We got it as a hand me down but I priced it, and it is very affordable.
...

jennypenny2005 says "A healthy and tastey breakfast or snack for your child!" about Stonyfield Farms Organic YoBaby Yogurt

I have been feeding Stonyfield Farms Organic YoBaby Yogurtt for almost 4 years now. It is the ONLY yogurt that my son ever touched, and my daughter loves it! I LOVE how healthy it is, and I love that it is Organic! It is not over priced, either, because you really get what you pay for. Also, it goes on sale quite frequently.

It is good for adults, too. I used it while breastfeeding for the Calcium and the Iron and I love the taste. It is very creamy, and has real fruit in it, too.

The vanilla and blueberry and apple are our favorites! We used to have problems finding different flavors, but now it seems as though you can find almost any flavor at most of our local stores which is a big plus. You will feel really good feeding this to your children!

Also, just as a side note, there IS real fruit at the bottom of the cup. If you are feeding a child that is not yet aquanted with small little fruit chunks, you may want to wait a little before letting your little one try it out!
...

jennypenny2005 says "Smells great, but does not always do the job!" about Dreft Laundry Detergent

I have used this product before with my two children, and Dreft Laundry Detergent deffinately is one of the most popular detergents for infants. I will say, it smells fantastic! I love the smell. I do not like how it does not always get the stains out, though. Babies do get messy, they poop all over everything and spit up, etc. , but the stain does not come out about half the time. The detergent is EXTREMELY mild, which is good for your baby, though, and that for me outweighed any staining issues that I had with this product. Also, it is EXTREMELY expensive, and a lot of the other "off brand" detergents have worked just as well for me, and even some worked better. I would suggest soaking any stained clothing individually before you wash your babies clothing with some OXY Clean.

Also, if you are like most parents, you look forward to stocking up on items while they're on sale. I have never seen this item on sale, unfortunately, and I have only seen 2 or 3 coupons since I had either of...
...

jennypenny2005 says "I use this everywhere!" about Clorox Anywhere Hard Surface Daily Sanitizing Spray

I use the Clorox Anywhere Hard Surface Daily Sanitizing Spray anywhere and EVERYWHERE without thinking twice about it! It is gentle enough to clean my children's play surfaces but I use it on the tough area's as well, like in the kitchen or in the bathroom. I really trust this product, and would and have recommended it to several of my friends. It does not have a strong scent, either, which makes me love it a million times more. I will say though, that the only annoyance is that I need to buy a whole new thing every time, there are no refill sizes.
...

jennypenny2005 says "This Calpalon One Nonstick 16-Piece set is amazing! " about Calphalon One Nonstick 16-Piece set

The Calpalon One Nonstick 16-Piece set is amazing! I made Easter dinner in these pans, and yes that includes raisen gravey, and the clean up was a breeze! Nothing, and I mean nothing, stuck! I was able to wipe it clean even without an initial rinse!!! Nothing burnt on to it, either. I really love this set and would strongly recommnd it. Additionally, have not noticed any of the scratching that usually happens with nonsticks after a few uses. Even frying chicken in it a few nights ago did not phase the pans. I really used to hate cooking because the clean up is draining, but with these pans, I have not had that problem.

You do have to handwash these pans, though. It is not a big deal to me because I have been handwashing pans since I started cooking, but I suppose that can be considered a con.

It really all comes back to that old saying, "you get what you pay for". I paid a little more than I usually would for pans, but it was really worth it in the end, for me.
...

This insurance company has been fanatastic. We were unfortunatly involved in an accident a couple of days ago, but this insurance company has walked us through EVERYTHING, and calmed us down a lot! The price is not bad at all, and they are really a great insurance company!...
