I have already lost 15 pounds in 5 weeks with the pill. This pill is not a "magic bullet" but helps me maintain my fat intake with every meal. If you do go over the limit (usually 15 grams a fat) you will have treatment effect....see above. I cut almost all my fat out before I started this diet, and it seems to help much better than just starting cold r turkey. You have to ease into it, otherwise your body will be every mad at you.... I Chicagoan at heart, in awful Florida. It's so great to see a show with so many Chicago references that it almost feels like I'm back in the city. The actors are so great with a wonderful ensemble. The quick humor is so cleverly written it's great to see comedy come back to t.v. The only problem I have is I know they don't tape their exterior shots in Chicago. Except the time they went to Wrigley Field. But the rest of the time, you know their in L.A. and their wearing scarfs. That is a big pet peeve of mine. Other than that, I love Betsy Thomas. It needs to be an hour long.... And when I have to go to the doctor and when I don't have to. Shows home treatments and what you should ask when you go to the doctor.
