jenl74 says "Perfect service for me" about Netflix

Whenever I used to rent a movie from blockbuster with the best intentions of watching it, something would come up or I would forget to take it back and end up racking up $$$ in late fees. With netflix, I spend less on as many movies as I want than I did renting one or two from Blockbuster after all the late fees. There's no forgetting to return them because all you have to do it go out to the mailbox. I usually get mine in a couple of days which is fine. I have such a busy on-the-go lifestyle that my family never knows when we will be able to watch a movie together. The price is right and I'm able to find many movies that I can't find anywhere else. I have been with Netflix since they first began and I have only seen improvement with their service in addition to lower prices while I've been a member. I tried the online Blockbuster service before they started their in-store exchange and I hated it, they were slow and most movies were badly damaged. I have only had maybe 5......

jenl74 says "Great site" about MyPoints

I have been a member of mypoints since Jan. 8, 2000. I love this website. It's easy to earn points and despite what people think, you don't have to spend money to earn the points. They have plenty of free point earning offers and almost every email you receive earns you points. If you're looking through email anyways, what does it hurt to click on a link in your email to get 5 points, then delete the email, you don't have to buy anything, you just don't earn points as fast. The online retailers that I shop at the most are offered through mypoints. I have also found some great ones that I didn't know about because of mypoints. The gift cards that you can get with your points are for popular retailers and when you redeem your points you receive your gift cards very quickly (in about 1 week) or faster. The only con is that I have had to make sure some points were credited through certain retailers, but that's only been a few times and with the same retailer....

jenl74 says "Great movie" about Pan's Labyrinth

When I first wanted to rent this movie, I thought it was a children's fairy tale. Good thing I paid attention to the rating. It's a fairy tale, but not for children. The movie was made in Spain so it has English subtitles, which doesn't bother me. I've found that some foreign films are better than American films. It begins by telling you about a princess who lived underground, but because of wanting to be above ground, she runs away. I don't want to ruin the movie so I will just tell you that the story progresses from there. It has violence and gore, so you don't want kids watching it. I love this movie and it's now one of my all-time favorites. I haven't talked to anyone who didn't like this movie.
...

jenl74 says "Great little player!" about SanDisk - Sansa e260 MP3 Player

I bought this for my husband and he loves it. I use it myself occasionally. It's easy to use and the sound is great. The earbuds that it comes with aren't all that great, but I haven't ever bought an mp3 player that had great earbuds with it. I found some good ones for a great price and now the Sansa sounds even better. One day I went to the sink in the kitchen and found that the Sansa that had been left on the bar above the sink had fallen into a bowel full of water and had probably been there all night. Of course it didn't work. The battery was ruined. I took the back off and the battery out and let it dry out, then plugged it into the computer without the battery, it worked! Of course I had to order a new battery online to be able to use it away from the computer. Every now and then it won't turn off when you push the button, so you have to leave it on and it turns off by itself, but other than that it works great, surprisingly. We love that it has an FM tuner......

jenl74 says "Best printer ever!" about Hewlett Packard Photosmart C5280 Printer

I love this printer. I bought it 3 months ago because mine broke and I had to have one that same day so it was sort of an impulse purchase. I found it online at a retail store for a great price, purchased it and went and picked it up. I was so happy when I got home to find that it had even more features than I thought. You don't have to have your computer on to use it because it has it's own screen and all controls on the printer itself. It has memory card slots right on the printer for all memory card types so you just stick your memory card in the printer and the photos come up on the printer's screen. It's controls are easy to understand and use. It has a holder in the tray for photo paper. The photos that it prints look great. You can use it to print on printable CDs and DVDs or labels. You can make the labels or import pictures and such from your hard drive to put on them. When you click on the computer icon in your system tray for the printer, the printer computer......

jenl74 says "I love it!" about Creative - Zen Vision M - 30G MP3 Player

Pros: I don't have any regrets about buying this product. I got it on sale for a great deal and it was worth every penny. It has an FM tuner with preset stations you can program. There is also a microphone on it. I use it to record my professor's lectures in my classes, it works better than my digital voice recorder. I have movies, photos, audio books, and thousands of songs on my ZEN M. I'm happy with the sound quality and picture quality. Cons: it's heavier than it's ipod equivalent. The touchpad and keys take some getting used to. The screen would be better if you were able to adjust the brightness for movies. The program for the zen to convert movies doesn't work very well. Not very much offered on the Creative labs website for support or music/video options. Other than that, I'm perfectly happy with it. ...
