Like nibbling while cooking, eating the kids leftovers, butter on veggies, etc. What I loved about this program is that you don't restrict yourself from anything. If you want to eat pizza or chocolate or ice cream, you can. You just have to fit it in. It really works and it's much more practical than other diets that are unrealistic with the food restrictions they want you to make. Don't get me wrong, you will still have to work hard and cut back on the things that got you fat in the first place but it's achievable with Weight Watchers. Good luck!... My kids are only 20 months apart and I purchased for my second. I don't know how I would have survived without this sling. It's so wonderful, totally cute (not like those hippie ring slings that I could never get right anyway), and my baby loves it. I wear it around the house, out walking, at the grocery store and it's great for the park or play dates. I can chase my older child around while the baby is safe and comfy. I had the Baby Bjorn with my son and this is so much better because it's more comfortable, easy to get in and out AND the baby can sleep it in. If they get sleepy while sitting up, you just rest them back and wa-la...everybody's happy. My toddler likes to be in it too in hip or back position. This should be a mandatory purchase for all parents, like diapers and blankies. You won't regret it....
