Weight Watchers is the greatest...I hesitate to call it a diet...it is more a lifestyle change. This program teaches you to make better decisions and changes the way you view food and how it relates to your life. They recommend that you lose about two pounds per week, but that can be tweaked. I use the point system...there is nothing that I cannot have. The weekly meetings are very helpful and it is not a bunch of fat people sitting around complaining. It is people of all shapes and sizes learning from each other. The Weight Watchers website is amazing!!! There are chat boards where you can ask anything, get recipies, and get motivation when you need it...which we all do sometimes! There is also a great food tracker on there...I love that...it is so easy to use and keeps track of everything for you. I would highly recommend Weight Watchers to anyone that is serious about changing their lifestyle...it is far from a fad diet. Good Luck!!!

I thought this phone was going to be an answer to my prayers...ended up being more of a nightmare. This is a good phone, but mine runs slow...I have a mempory card and it doesn't seem to help. I wouldn't recommend this phone unless you run a business on the go....

I traded my Wranger in for the new Liberty and was very upset in having to do this. I have been beyond pleased with the Liberty. I upgraded and got the My Gig and the Sky Slider...highley recommend both of these....
