jcancer says "hopelessly hopeful" about Philosophy Hope In A Jar Moisturizer All Skin Types

So...I'm not rich. This little jar is fifteen dollars, but do you know what the equivalent of the purchase comes to? Think of buying a pair of real nice diamond earrings for fifteen dollars. Okay, I'm exaggerating a bit, but I think this Hope In A Jar stuff is worth it. I've been having horrible experiences with moisturizers, because I have combination skin, which means I am prone to breakouts in only certain areas of my face while they still need to be moisturized, while skin on other parts of my face is ready to crack off. Hope In a Jar does not cause me to break out, which is EXACTLY what I need. It is strong enough to moisturize my skin without irritating it. And it fixed my "crack-off" skin areas very well. Now I have smooth, glowing skin everywhere on my face! Excellent product!...

jcancer says "so fresh, so clean!" about Bath and Body Works Anti-Bacterial Deep Cleansing Hand Soap

Smells great, cleans well, ANTIBACTERIAL aaaaaand moisturizing (if you get the lotion kind), Bath and Body Works' anti-bacterial line is one of the best. Value-wise, if you ever come across a Bath and Body Works outlet, STOCK UP. The last time I checked, retail stores sell them for quite a price, but luckily, most of the time they have some kind of buy some and get more for "____" sales. Those are great also, but it is always the best buy in bulk, or to buy those giant refills. Why? Because this is the best soap. It has little blue beads that contain Vitamin E (I believe, correct me if I'm wrong) that nourish the skin and those fragrances they come in! Wonderful! If you have a picky man who doesn't enjoy smelling like sweat pea or cucumber melon, there are other fragrances that are more practical and "light". I'm not sure if they still make those fragrances, but it was something like Cotton-something and Splashing-waters or what not. I think that would be the only con of this company,......

jcancer says "One hit wonder?" about Smashbox Lip Gloss

Umm...I only tried one of these lipgloss colors (because I usually stick with MAC) and it was AMAZING! It looked so good on me. That's probably the only reason why it's getting a good review. Other than that, it doesn't stay as long as MAC lipgloss, and I don't know how the other colors are. They seem to complement the skin well....

jcancer says "This bug ZOOMS!" about Volkswagen New Beetle - 2003

A lot of people underestimate the New Beetle. And as they should, because this tiny little round thing, named after the creatures most ladies (as well as men) want SMASHED, really looks like it's not going anywhere. Ohhhh dear ignorant ones are you wrong! I bought my 2003 Beetle in 2005 as a used car, and I do not understand why ANYONE would've traded it off. Actually, okay I would, but there are lots of pros also that I want to say...out-weigh the cons? I love that feeling of smoking the white escalade down the highway and parking perfectly in that one convenient spot that no one can fit in because their cars are too big. Did I mention lots of leg room? But of course, this is a trade-off, because if there is a lot of leg room in front, it will be lacking in the back and vice versa. It's a good two-person car though. Then you can always throw the dog in the back!

Some cons would be that I've been having some electrical problems with it, but only about two cases since I've had it which makes......

jcancer says "always an intense pleasure" about MAC Eye Shadow

I LOVE LOVE LOVE MAC eyeshadows. They come in many different colors and are versatile in use; depending on how you apply, these eyesshadows can be very natural as well as show off the "intense broadway diva" look. They can be used anywhere you want color: eyes, lips, cheeks, and where ever else you find there should be "pop". Colors do not wear out at all, and applying their cream base makes gives it an even stronger hold and creamy shine. Some people might think it is expensive, but in reality, for its quality, MAC eyeshadows are worth it. Also, have you seen the price for Smashbox eyeshadows? They actually cost a bit more than MAC, AND although some of their other products are swell, Smashbox's eyeshadows are nothing compared to MAC's....

jcancer says "stick with the original-it works the best!" about Gillette Venus Razor For Women

I've had tried a few shavers, including the Inutuition and some ov Venus' other products...I'm sure there was one that I really hated, I think it was the Breeze or something. The original venuz razor shaves smoothly with three perfect blades-I find four blades cut way too close and cause a lot of irritation and in-grown hairs. It's also a nice blue color, and comes with a case to hold additional razor "heads" so when you need to replace the head mid-shower, you don't have to get out and go to the bathroom cabinet or something. Just do it in the shower! Pretty handy, and good with the tricky areas such as the knees....
