Liquid pods would not empty (hot chocolate, cappacino milk/creamer).  Support suggested we de-scale the unit which did not help.  Another support call resulted in a pre-paid box sent to ship the box.  Unit shipped back with the following message:</p>&#13; <p>Repair costs exceed the price of new unit.</p>...
