jaredswife says "Sticky and flaky, extremely hard to remove." about Mary Kay Ultimate Mascara

My sister used to sell Mary Kay and she raved about this mascara. I have long eyelashes, so I love to emphasize them and love mascara. This mascara had a sticky consistency and was extremely difficult to remove. I had to use eye makeup remover, then wash my face with my soap as usual, and then wipe the mascara residue out from under my eyse with a q-tip dipped in lotion. I hated this...

jaredswife says "Keeps my tea-guzzling family supplied with perfect iced tea!" about Mr. Coffee 3 Quart Iced Tea Maker TM50P

My family loves to drink iced tea, especially my husband, who can make short work of a pitcher full of iced tea! I was raised all over the country (navy brat), but never really learned the art of iced tea. I married my husband, a true southerner, and this wedding gift was definitely what I needed. It makes short work of brewing a pitcher of iced tea and can easily be customized by the size/number of tea bags you use, amount of sugar, etc. This gadget is worth its space on my...

jaredswife says "Wonderful educational video that teaches letters and sounds!" about Leap Frog: Letter Factory Learning DVD

I am very picky about the vidoes that I let my children watch, but this one is a definite winner! It teaches letter recognition as well as sounds and my kids love it! They are preschool age and they call it their "school movie" because it is reviewing the letters and phonics that I am introducing them to in our little "preschool session" each morning. I love this video! It is a great...

jaredswife says "This swing is very portable/easy to move around!" about Fisher Price Open Top Take Along Baby Swing

I love this swing in the fact that it is very portable, which means it can come along on vacation, and I can easily move it to different locations at home. It's small, so it doesn't clutter up a room. The draw back is if you have large, healthy babies like mine, they outgrow this swing much sooner that the traditional large swing. Personally I have both types, and didn't get the large one out of the garage until it was needed. The pros of this swing are worth it, in my...

jaredswife says "Great for breastfed babies, prevents gas, a great bottle!" about Playtex Premium Nurser baby bottle

I exclusively breastfeed my children, but when I wanted to give them water or juice, I used Playtex nursers and they are great! We did not have any problems with nipple confusion and these bottles were much better at preventing gas than the traditional bottles I tried. This is the only bottle I will use with my babies and the only bottle that I think a nursing Mom should...
