      <description>&lt;p&gt;&#160;I needed to rent a minivan at&#160; the Tampa&#160; Fl Int. Airport. I WENT ONLINE to search for&#160; a good&#160; deal, and&#160; i saw ORBITZ with&#160; a competitive rate, the only thing&#160; they offer unlimited&#160; miles. i was&#160;going to Charlotte N.C. So we wanted&#160; to make sure about&#160; the unlimited miles and that we could take the vehicle out of the FLA. State ( some rental&#160; companies&#160;restrict the rental of a vehicle ,&amp;lt;specialy the minivans&amp;gt; to&#160;the&#160; state were the vehicle is to avoid high millage)&#160; We call ORBITZ to make sure we&#160; get what we&#160; wanted. I spoke&#160; with a guy named&#160; Amed,&#160;and&#160; we specifically tell him&#160;what we&#160; wanted. He&#160; told us&#160; that we&#160;were at the right place&#160; and we did the reservation.&#160; We arrived to&#160;the&#160; Payless rental place&#160; 20 min. before the time on the reserv.Everything was&#160; fine until the&#160; guy&#160; told us&#160; that we can&#160; get the car but no to take it out of FLA. State. I&#160; imediately call ORBITZ to straight the situation And&#160; they insisted that was a missunderstanding,...&lt;/p&gt;... </description>
