We just moved to tennessee last year and this is the first time I have had to deal with ticks. My poor dogs! I bought Frontline Plus and put it on each dog and my two outside cats. What a difference!! No more fleas and the only ticks I found on my dogs was DEAD ticks!!. This stuff really does work. Now I don't buy it from the Vet as they grossly overcharge. E-bay is my place of choice. I have gotten it for as little as 12.00 plus shipping and that is half of what a vet or pet store charges.

I have three kongs for my 3 labs and now need to get a smaller one for my Manchester Terrier. My dogs just love these, especially when I put peanut butter inside of them. Mattie my 3 year old will find her kong and bring it to me hopeing I will fill it for her. It is so funny to watch these dogs work these kongs. My 14 year old has had one all her life and she still loves it.

I have given my dogs heartguard for years and I never buy it from the Vet. They are so overpriced. I found a place on line where it is so much more reasonable and with 4 dogs i have to watch my pennies.

I had two dogs get heartworms many, many years ago and was able to save both of them but that is not an experience I would want to go thru again.

We have 4 dogs, 3 are rescues, we have 6 cat, 5 are rescues and 1 bunny. If I could afford the vet bills I would have a ton more animals. We have 4.31 acres so space is not a problem, just MONEY :(.

We have a humane society: High Forest Humane Society and they are wonderful. Some of the members have upwords of 20 dogs they are fostering until a home can be found for them. As with most animal rescue organizations they run on a shoestring budget but have a lot of support from the city they are in. The Vet (now my vet) is wonderful about helping them with spay/neuter.

I found a web site called: good search, this is a charity site (www.goodsearch.com) and if you sign your humane society up with them they will pay 1.3cents per search (this is a search engine like google, alta vista, etc.) and you will receive a check for the amount earned each month. There is also *GoodShop* (at the same site) where you can shop and earn money for your society. Please check it out, as you know...

I have had two of these boxes and both have conked out after about a years worth of use. I have four cats and they all love the electric box. I think they are over priced for as long as they last. I have not bought another since the last one quit working. I don't if I will another....

I loved being on the ship, it was a beautiful ship but the eating times are restricted and sometimes you just don't want to get up at 8am for breakfast. Activities on the ship were so-so. I did enjoy the people at our dinner/breakfst table. We were very well matched. Great conversation....
