<title>idgie says &quot;poor service; freeze accounts at their whim and with no warning&quot; about Green Dot - Prepaid Mastercard</title>
      <link>http://www.viewpoints.com/Green-Dot-Prepaid-Mastercard-review-7b991</link>
<description>I had the Green Dot card for about a year.&#160; I clear about $800 per week, and my employer does not offer direct deposit.&#160; I buy moneypaks at CVS, and they are limited to $500 per reload.&#160; So, some weeks I do two reloads.&#160; Because of this, they have frozen my account 3 times for making too many deposits.&#160; They don't like to see more than one deposit per week.&#160; They didn't even call before freezing my account.&#160; I had to call them to find out why my card was declined.&#160; Since the first time they froze it, I have had to deal with the same CSR each time I call, and she has accused me of criminal activity and said that only a drug dealer would ever make more than 1 deposit in a week.&#160; I no longer use this card as I don't want to have my account frozen again, and have to deal with being spoken to that way in order to have the block removed from&#160;my account.&#160; Stay away from Green Dot.&#160; I am switching to Account Now.... </description>
