huskylover says "Definitely add this to your collection to watch again and again" about An Inconvenient Truth

This documentary was one the most eye opening movies I have ever seen. I went on opening weekend and the entire audience was captivated by the wealth of proven scientific information. Al Gore is a great speaker and brings so much enthusiasm and passion to his cause. You know he is seriously committed and has been for decades to helping save the earth from further damage from mankind. He has worked with biologists and other scientists to gain a full understanding and be able to convey this to the general public. The film is even witty and Al Gore is so charismatic that you can help but be moved by his infectious personality. The film is done in a way that you don't have to have a degree in science to understand the patterns of the earth and weather that are explained in the movie and the effects these pattenrs have on global warming. We are already seeing the signs and this film also shows in realistic terms by a panel of scientists the effects...

huskylover says "Best straightening product that doesn't weigh hair down" about Framesi Straight Balm Wio 5.1 oz

After years of trying straigtening lotions, balms, serums, etc. this is probably the best one out there. You don't have to use much and it never weighs your hair down. It is good protector of you hair especially in winter and in harsh elements yet your hair never feels greasy. In fact, it really feels like there is no product in your hair at all. You just put a little in your hands and rub together first to emulsify then apply to your hair. I have a lot of hair but it is very fine so even if I use a little too much conditioner my hair can look oily. This is great because it will straighten but even if you don't have time to straighten your hair, you can still use it to smooth the frizzies and fly away hairs. Just be careful to apply mostly to the ends and work your way up staying away from the scalp. This is typical of most leave in treatments. I have only found this product in select salons so there may be difficulty in finding...

huskylover says "After trying all meds, this is the best at improving joint pain" about Hills Prescription Diet J/D

After working with my vet to find a solution for my dog's arthritis, this was by far the best thing for him. He was only 9 when he started having aches and pains that would wake him up or make him whine when getting up. He even was becoming fearful of stairs. He does not have hip dysplasia or any other medical issues, just severe joint pain from arthritis mostly in the front legs. You could even hear the bones cracking when you move his legs. We tried him on the J/D diet (dry food only) and it worked almost instantly. It has also been a long term solution and he has reagained much more movement in his joints and that was 3 years ago. He is still going strong but age does catch up with you and he is getting a little stiff. Along with cosequin, the dry food is the only thing he gets for joint pain. None of the other pills helped or it was only temporary. Even rimadil is short term and certainly...

Amazing grace is a wonderful scent without a heavy perfume smell. You smell clean and fresh and it lasts all day. You can smell it but others around will not be bothered by it and will only smell it when up close to you. It is not too fruity or flowery, just real clean and light you just stepped out of the shower. This product line id of high quality and is well worth any price you have to pay. It may not be the easiest to find in regular stores but can be found in places like Sephora or ordered through QVC. Any of the Amazing grace products or anything by philosophy for that matter is of the highest quaility and you will not be disappointed at all. I use it sparingly becasuse I am not a real heavy perfume user. I would use it everyday but I tend to be in a hurry and forget or sometimes I try to switch to something new but always come back to using the amazing grace because it is still the best scent and you would think you...

huskylover says "Still the best one out there for the price!" about Chi Flat Iron

This product work great for what seems like all air types. He heats up fast and leaves hair silky. It even does curls and flips very well. It fit in your hand nicely and doesn't hurt your wrist to use it. I would not use it everyday but that would be the case with any hot tool wheter ceramic tourmaline ionic, etc. it is still not good to use all the time. Givve hair a break once in a while and then it will not bet damages or broken. I use almost every day but just on front pieces of hair but they are breaking. It is so quick to use that I let my hair suffer a little just to style it in a hurry. I have use several other brands and this one is still the best one out there and best one for the money, too. You may want to use a product to prtoect hair even furhter drom damage. I even had my hair professionaly straightened and was not as happy as I am with the CHI flat iron. It ene works well on long hair. It may...
