I had to call a supervisor to get the situation resolved. — About a month after the accident I received a nasty letter from the adjustor(the total rag) including pictures of my vehicle and basically accused me of fraud!!!! — I called a supervisor again, and I don't know how they handled the situation but I told him if she contacted me again, I would sue them for harassment and had to remind them numerous times, that they were also supposed to be MY insurance company and should start behaving that way. — Needless to say, I won't go with them any more. —...
