The people there were really helpful! I found this strange thou... I was returning "Spiderman 3" to get "Spiderman 2"... Even my mom laughted about this. There were 8 rows of "Spiderman 3" and 6 rows of "Spiderman 1" but you got it no, not a one " Spiderman 2"... they did not even have the box sets in yet... But they sales person was really helpful to inform me that the box sets should come in next week... He was not sure when just the single DVD would be coming in... Not only did they order the wrong stuff but they wanted me to pay more for them to reorder it. What ever happened to gettting what you ordered. What happened to customer service? This was great when I told them that this is not what I wanted because it was not what I ordered, they informed me there was a 15 % restock fee on special ordered. Nice hun... Ask to talk to a manager, Waited 30 minutes no one came up front to talk to me. Now I have to wait for them to call me... I love the catolog... Shipping was fast and not that expensive. I ordered a shelf unit that locked so my one yr old will leave our movies alone. They were easy to put together but they were missing parts. Called the number on the intruction forms but got a machine and no response after 1 week. called Fingure Hut Customer Service, was told to call the manufacture on the instruction list. This is very frustrating. So I have shelves now but no way to lock the doors as the lock is what I was missing.
