I have sold this pill-alot-with very few returns. It has a fiber in it that helps curb appetite as well as a fat burner. You can adjust the pills if you are sensitive to caffeine. It is not one of the higher caffeine filled products. Most women noticed weight loss in their legs. Water is needed in taking with the pills. If water is not taken the pills can become a choking hazard.The fiber swells in the stomach to create to fullness feeling.

I have spoken to many people who have had this surgery. Some of their doctors were awesome and informed them accordingly. Others have lost hair because they were not informed the daily protein intake must remain high(in regulated amounts) otherwise hair etc. will be lost. Please, ask your doctors the absolute musts that have to be changed after your surgery. Your intake of food lessens but you have supplements you must take. ex: B12 and your absorption is lessened therefore you are on liquid alot (at first) for your nutrition. You still have to maintain with protein (just not as much) years later....

This is an excellent way to lose weight and keep it off. It does not have as many restrictions as Atkins therefore you are not depriving yourself. If you crave something sweet you have other healthier options that won't leave you wanting for something else sweet. It takes fat and sodium content into consideration.It is also very diabetic conscious which results in alot less damage to organs later on in life....

for several years I have guided people to either A-gain muscle or B- lose weight. I have a medical background so when I saw Alli I thought-wow, a healthier alternative. My first impression was that the product would encourage a healthier diet without having to stay on a pill to keep the metabolism going. I tried the pill so I could recommend it. I would only try pills if they would not alter my metabolism. My friend and I gained 2 lbs in the first week. We did not eat fatty foods-quite the opposite. I did not want to experience the side affects. Yes, I did experience the side affects after eating one slice of pizza. Afterwards I discontinued the product. I would not recommend this product.

Proactive is the best product out on the market for acne and blackheads. After 2-3 months you remain on a maintenance level. It did not continue to remove the acne until my face was clear. The intial improvement did remain and was a drastic improvement. I have tried many products including the well known Wexler line. Wexler is overpriced and overrated. I would highly recommend Proactive.
