Because I had just finished some medication that made me feel unlike myself, dry hair, skin and added weight, I thought I would give it a try. Even without the weight loss it would get rid of the after effects of the medication, right? The program was hard to follow, I felt ill most of the time but was told this was normal because of the toxin release. Then, about 5 days before the end of the cleanse I broke out in hives, badly, and had to stop. (After going through extensive food allergy testing it was found this was the cause.)
