hobsoncrew says "Glory Days Grill, Great place to eat if you like loud noises." about Glory Days Grill - Culpeper, VA

I received a coupon for this new restaurant in our town and was reluctant to try it at first. I am a stay at home mom and always looking for good ways to save a buck or two. With this restaurant being NEW in a small town, many people are reluctant to visit a new place in the first few months to avoid the large crowds. Being a mom of two young boys with autism, I often find it difficult to take them out to "nice" public restaurants without nasty stares and smug comments from other customers. Its hard enough to go somewhere without a playground for the kids, so going to a sit down resturant was an adventure. The environment was a bit loud for their sensory issues and my "normal" hearing. On the other hand it was a very warm and friendly for the family customers. The wait staff was extremely friendly and very efficent. The food was pretty good, not the best in the world, but good for the price that you pay. We would give it a thumbs up from our family and do plan on a return...
...

hobsoncrew says "Purchased for kids, but play myself too." about Nintendo Wii Console

Ok, honeslty I purchased this Wii Video game system for my two children and have wound up playing this system ALOT my self when they are in school or I play with them at home. There are many many games for this system that are appropriate for both children and mothers who are looking to get into fitness an easy way. Nintendo makes games that are children appropriate and not very violent, that is a great, great thing for me. Both of my childern have picked up on playing these games with a sesor bar very easily, but some games are a little harder to control wtih the sensor bar. Example, Luxor 3 cannot be played with the classic control and only able to use the standard sensor controller. I have just bought this game last week and cannot figure out how to use it in conjunction with the tv sensor bar. Using a normal wireless controller on other systsems is so much eaiser to manage and makes the game much funner.
...

hobsoncrew says "I have seen better stationary bikes." about Stamina Products RX2 Bicycle

I purchased this stationary exercise bicycle at my local Walmart because it was not very large and bulky and was in-expensive. I have been wanting to drop a few pounds and get back into shape and this seemed to be an easy way to help me do it. I live in a pretty small apartment and have two young kids and this smaller sized stationary exercise bicycle seemed to be a very good fit. The one big downfall is the way the bicycle is put together. Not only do I have to put it all together piece by piece when I get it home, but the handel bars are attached to the peddles and move back and forth together at the same time. This is very distracting when I want to rest my arms but still moving the peddles. The seat is also very small and hurts my backside after 20 minutes of riding. I attempted to stand up while peddeling and ended up falling forward and breaking the digital informational pad off of its screwed in post and not able to repair it.
...

hobsoncrew says "Very good Telephone & Answering Machine" about GE - 5.8 ghz Digital Messaging System Cordless Phone

I received this telephone as a gift from an online survey company and am very very pleased with the telephone itself. I have only had this telephone a few weeks, but it is so far a very good telephone. I am able to call the answering machine away from home and check the messages, this is an excellent feature. Home telephone companies offer voice mail, but I am old fashioned and perfer to look if a light is flashing and a new message is received rather than calling a phone company to find out if messagers are stored there. The only negative feature is the sound quality of the telephone. When talking on the telephone you have speak loudly as the caller on the other end cannot hear you very well, even though I have the volume turned up all the way to the maximum limit. Overall, the phone is very well and high powered. My old phone it is replacing would lose its battery power if left off the charger for more than an hour and would only work for 30 minutes at a time. So far this...
...

hobsoncrew says "Very good product!" about Clearasil Ultra Vanishing Acne Treatment Cream

I am a 30 something woman and have struggled with acne on my face my entire life. My skin is fairly oily and breaks out constantly. I am constantly washing my face daily and nothing ever seems to work for me to keep my skin clear and oil free. I tried other products and those seem to only make things worse on my face and I was not wanting to spend alot of money on the acne system as seen on TV. I am alos a very cheap coupon shopper and found a coupon for $2.00 off any clearsil product, so I went to my local walmart and found this Clearsil Ultra Acne Solution System for a pretty good price. Within about a week, my face started to slowly clear up and results were very pleasing. I use this prodcut morning and night, but I still have constant breakouts and very oily skin by the end of the day. I do not work outside and am a stay at home mom, so there is no reason for my skin to seem to melt so fast during the day. I am looking for new products to CLEAR my skin and keep it...
...

hobsoncrew says "Comfortable flattering jeans." about Aeropostle Jeans

I purchased my first pair of these jeans from the online store last year. These jeans are very very comfortable and very flattering for my figure. I am not a very skinny woman, but these jeans make my figure more flattering and less bulgey like many other brand jeans do. They are not the typical "mom" jeans that most women my age perfer to wear, but they are commfy. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new fit on blue jeans. This comany has many different jeans to choose from, and many different ranges in all different sizes. From skinny to chubby, they can help you look your best. Their shirts are very nice and cheap also. Quailty lasts a very long time. Shopping online at their website is very easy to do and shipping is not too expensive. The bad part is the return process. There are not too many of these stores locally to me, the closest store is atleast an hour drive from my home and not too close.
...
