      <description>&lt;p&gt;Update:&#160; It's 6 months later and I'm still not smoking.&#160; Some days it crosses my mind, and then it's gone.&#160; The beginning was hard&#160;but keep taking it one day at a time, and it will get easier- I promise!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I started Chantix 10 days ago, and I couldn't be happier.&#160; I've been reading blogs online, to see if I could relate to anyone else's experiences, and I'm a bit put-off by the negative comments.&#160; Chantix is a miracle.&#160; It makes cigarettes taste so bad, that you won't want them.&#160; Your cravings become less and less.&#160; However, you do have to want to stop.&#160; The habit of having a cig in the morning, or on a break, or after lunch is hard to replace.&#160; I certainly don't want to replace those habits with food, so it is still a battle.&#160; That's been the hardest part for me; finding something to replace the habits.&#160; I can talk to someone who is smoking and not want one, but I need something to keep my hands busy.&#160; I'm sure after a month, I won't have the need to smoke, but I really believe...&lt;/p&gt;... </description>
