heatherann2884 says "The perfect stroller for two" about Baby Trend Sit N Stand LX Stroller

I got this stroller because my travel system just wasn't working for us. We have a 2 year old and an infant so we needed to be able to have both kids able to ride in the stroller. This was the best deal I could find. It cost less than the travel system did, and it even weighs less! The biggest turn off about double strollers is their insane weight! I test drove several doubles and when it came time to fold them up and attempt to pick them up I realized that I was going to actually want to avoid going anywhere while useing the stroller! I didn't want that since I am a stay at home mom and like to keep busyl, including daily walks of at least 3 miles! I picked this stroller because of it's weight and really made THE best choice. My toddler loves it since she can get on and off by herself, and I love it because it's light, easy to manuever, not bulky, and has a smooth ride! I actually think this stroller is a million times better than the bulky travel systems!
...

heatherann2884 says "the only nail polish worth buying" about O.P.I. Nail Lacquer

I have had my share of nail polishes in my life! I have bought the cheap .99 ones, which chip and peel just a day or two after putting them on, to the more expesive at $4-5, and even those don't last more than a few days. When you're a busy mom taking care of the household as well as playing with the kids, you need a polish that is going to stand up. I was hesitant to spend so much on nail polish, but once I bought my first bottle I never looked back! It is silly to buy a nail polish that doesn't work, just because it's cheaper. I love OPI and will not use anything else. My daughter and I do "us girls" time where we do our nails and I use OPI on both of us. As a two year old you can only imagine what her little feet go through in a day and the polish lasts for weeks!
...

heatherann2884 says "One must have baby item!" about Fisher-Price Space Saver High Chair

We got this highchair for our first as a shower gift. It is by far one of the best items that we received! We now have a second child and we are going to buy another one for her. Our toddler still loves her seat and it puts her at just the right height to feel like a big girl! The best part is that it's a chair you can use for years to come. From those first few months of getting used to eating and needing to recline to toddler who needs a chair to fit them so they can eat in comfort.
...

heatherann2884 says "I'm in love!" about Canon - EOS 400D/Rebel Xti Digital Camera

I got this camera when it first came out and it was love at first snap! The quality of the pictures is only limited by the quality of the glass you put on the camera. I use it on a daily basis, both for catching the kids doing something silly or sweet, shooting flowers and insects, and I use it for portraits. I have had many people ask me who took the photos of my kids and when I tell them that I did they are floored! I credit it all to my camera. It takes some work to learn photography but once you get some practice this camera has everything an amature could need. It would be a waste to buy this camera and not shoot in manual!!
...

heatherann2884 says "Worth every penny!" about Britax Boulevard

When my oldest daughter outgrew her infant carseat I went on the hunt for the best carseat there was. Through my research I found that the Britax was considered "the best" and I have to say that I agree! It is the easiest to install, taking less than 5 minutes, meaning we can buy one seat and move it to different vehicles rather than buying multiples. While it's on the expensive side the kids will be able to use them for a LONG time! My daughter is very comfortable in hers and still rides rear facing, at 2 years old, without complaint. We just recently bought a second seat for our second child who is just 3 months old.
...

heatherann2884 says "perfect size for swaddling" about Gymboree Baby Blanket

I got a gymboree baby blanket as a baby gift and instantly thought I wouldn't use it very much. After my daughter turned 4 weeks she developed the need to be swaddled but I didn't have any blankets that would keep her in nice and tight, until I tried this blanket! I alternate between two different prints and absolutely love this blanket. It is also one of the softest blankets and warm without making my baby sweat. We live in a very hot climate so this is an issue with swaddling! I suggest buying several of these since they are so practical and reasonable in price!...

heatherann2884 says "No leaks!" about Pampers Swaddlers

I started out using pampers because they were what was used at my hospital. When we got home I tried to use another brand and was totally disappointed. The other brand wasn't as easy to fit onto the baby and they leaked! I have never had a problem with the pampers, except when she needed to move up a size. The sizing is the only con that I have found with these diapers. The weight associated with each size is off, and I found myself moving my daughter up a size before she even got close to the weight "limit". It's not that big of a deal but my daughter is in size three at 4 months and we have to buy "pampers babydry" because the biggest size in swaddlers is 2-3... overall I am afraid to ever try anything else since these work so well, and in my eyes the extra that they cost is worth it for the quality....

heatherann2884 says "Worth every penny!" about Babybjorn Original Baby Carrier

Originally I worried about buying such an expensive carrier, after-all what if I never used the thing? I use this even more than I use my stroller. Any time I go out in public I take this carrier, it is perfect for our daughter to look around and be comfortable and easily consoled if she gets bored. My husband and I take turns carrying her around and it couldn't be any easier to adjust from one person to the next! It only takes about 5 seconds and even less to put baby into it! It is sturdy and have never had any part of it fail! I have heard of other carriers hurting your back, but I have absolutely zero problems with this one!...

heatherann2884 says "I couldn't ask for more out of a stroller!" about Graco Passage Travel System

When I registered for this stroller I made my decision based on price and how it looked. I am so happy that I got this stroller! I am a very active mom, I walk 3 miles a day and go on outings at least 4 times a week. What does this mean? It means that I use this stroller a lot! It has been great through it all. I have no problems when walking with it, it fits into the trunk of my little car, and the detachable car-seat with base is awesome! It makes the stroller a bonus since I can take my daughter from the car and just snap it onto the stroller without having to pull her out of one and into the other, which we all know babies hate! The only con to the car-seat is that the babies grow out of it rather quickly... I am a pretty short woman and was worried that the stroller was going to be heavy and awkward to put into my car, but it isn't at all! Overall it is a great deal and the quality is much better than what I expected for the price range! I will be saving mine for my next baby to use......

heatherann2884 says "The best bottle we have used!" about Playtex Drop-Ins Original Nurser Baby Bottle

I bought these originally because I wanted a sanitary way to feed out of a bottle without having to boil and sterilize! In the end I got much more. My daughter has little to no gas with these bottles and she goes back and forth from breast to bottle with no confusion what so ever. My time in the kitchen is cut down since I don't have to worry about sterilizing bottles. I can pump directly into the liners and freeze or refrigerate and just grab and go. It makes my life so much less stressful to be able to go out and not worry about a bottle leaking. Plus I can throw the liner out when she is done which keeps my cooler clean! I tried another bottle, which we got as a shower gift, and never used it twice! Nothing compares to the drop-ins and the overall cost is worth the convenience! I plan on using these with any future children as well!...
