<title>hdubya1 says &quot;defective after one year&quot; about Simmons BeautyRest Pillowtop Mattress</title>
      <link>http://www.viewpoints.com/Simmons-BeautyRest-Pillowtop-Mattress-review-5daa5</link>
<description>I purchased this mattress 13 months ago at Sleepy's. It has what they call &quot;eggs&quot;, which are basically holes that you fall into as if you were sleeping on a pullout couch or a terrible hotel room mattress. It has caused back pain for both my fiance and myself and was inspected and deemed DEFECTIVE. While Simmons is replacing the mattress, they are charging me $90 to deliver it and pick up the defective one. What? You mean, I am going to pay you to replace something that you sent me that was defective to begin with? OK. Fine. I will pay it this year. If the next mattress is defective next year do I have to pay it again? Would I choose a different mattress from a different manufacturer if Sleepy's was offering me the VALUE of my mattress instead of a CREDIT? You better believe it. And next time it will NOT be Simmons.... </description>
