Yes, Capital One has good customer service and reasonable credit requirements...Problem is, a recent snafu with a rental agency put my card at or near my limit...when the next billing period came around Capital One added their interest charge...putting me over limit and they charged me an overlimit fee!
I say thats a raw deal.

While I agree, as do several investment ratings as well, USAA has MAJOR creditworthiness qualifications. We've had (and love) their insurances for over a decade...but despite this, they wouldn't give me a card for a pint of my blood! Good Luck if you're under 730 beacon...

WAMU, essentially roped me in with a low introductory rate and then WHAM hit me with 29.98% finance charge based on my credit rating...I'm confused, if I'm a credit risk, why extend me credit? To make money off hapless consumers like me! I DO NOT recommend WAMU....
